With seller’s he strategically comes up with a marketing plan to maximize the exposure of the property, pinpointing the absolute right buyer, and making sure they understand the value of the home. When working with buyers, he finds out all the details and makes sure that when he writes offers they are going to get accepted, oftentimes beating out others in multiple offer situations.
When servicing clients he makes sure to listen to all of their needs and tailors each transaction to be sure they are getting the best customer service experience possible.
